I want to give a huge shout out to Ms. Addie yesterday!!! My sweet 11 year old daughter woke up with a comb tangled and stuck in her bangs. What was an innocent act of trying to style her own hair turned into a frantic episode the following morning! I called and spoke with Addie. She tried walking me through what to do but then just offered for us to come out to the salon. When we arrived, she warmly welcomed my daughter without judgment and began her magic! Wanted a trim and even the loose ends. Cut probably 2-3 inches more than wanted. 5 out of the 6 times I’ve been. There have been different stylists with getting one decent haircut out of the 6.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Mandy and Addie were so, so helpful today, and Marie did an excellent job on my husbands hair. Such a great group of stylists here, and the energy was top tier!

Stylist mistook her razor for a comb and cut a bald spot in mom’s hair. Also I wasn’t told she was going to cut it with a razor instead of scissors. I feel she did not listen to me about what we wanted. At least she did not charge us.
