Got a guy there who cut my hair. I told him I wanted it shorter on top and layered all over. He barely cut it on top, though the rest was good. I had to go home and fix it after spending money for him to cut it. He also complained about me using a little hair spray on my hair but didn't wet the hair either like they always do.

Just had my first ever great clips experience and it was so amazing, Stephanie did the best job and was so inviting, making my experience very comfortable and efficient. Will be back!
As a regular customer of this salon, I generally get the same haircut and given they have their "clip notes", I emphasize how to cut to cross check what info they have. Yesterday was an exception! I wasn't aware of the problem with my cut until after I got home and noticed that the front was cut as short, if not shorter than the top after telling the stylist to leave the front longer than the top!
