This business is DEI as hell. Checked in online, it displayed me as first in line (next up) with a wait time of 8 mins. So I waited 5 mins in my car, went inside and they moved me to 2nd. I expressed my concerns as my wait time moved to 20 mins. I decided to patiently wait. A few minutes pass and I’m told by the hairdresser that I can be next up once she cleans her stall. The haircut is always great with Julianne.
Young Girl who did my haircut has messed up hairs. She doesnt know the art of Hair Cutting et all. Dont remember name but other lady ( who was not my assigned Hair Expert has to spend 10 mins to fix my hairs)
1st time taking my son, asked for scissor haircut no clips. Tatiana was super accommodating and super caring with him. This is the first time my son does not scream or move during a haircut. Not only was a very pleasant experience, the haircut was perfect! She exceeded expectations and we will definitely come back!!
