I don’t understand you tell the stylist, 2 on the sides cleanup the top and fad in…. They do 2on the sides and the proceeds to cut the top, not clean it up but cut it almost as short as the sides… one stylist (Michelle) at this location can do it correctly, I guess I’m going to have to ask for her by name every time I go. Everyone is friendly and personable, but come on.

I rarely ever leave reviews, let alone poor reviews, but I feel like I need to write this for the sole purpose of getting this poor girl some proper training. I went to Great Clips on Sunday (this was my third time) for a basic trim and to get my hair thinned. I have pretty thick hair, and it starts to hurt my head if it’s not thinned.
