My daughter has been growing out her hair for 2 years to donate it. I saw online that Great Clips partners with Wigs for Kids to do donation cuts and they do them for free. I called this location to verify and was told that they do donation cuts. Our stylist did not seem to know what she was doing for a donation cut. She was going to gather all the hair into one ponytail until I told her the website stated the hair should be in 4 sections - then she did two. worse haircut I have ever had! didnt pay any attention till i got home! this is the 2nd bad haircut i have gotten here so i wont be back! the whole neighborhood was laughing at the hair cut I got there! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL FOLLOW UP: so I went back and they made it right! and gave me a coupon for next hair cut free! But they need to screen their employees a little more!
