Cutting my hair is cool, but cutting my neck is not cool. I obviously won't be returning to this location ever again.
I wish I would have caught the stylists’ name, my son and I came in around 40 minutes before closing after a horribly unacceptable haircut from the Franklin location. She did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning everything up and making sure he left looking respectable, and did so free of charge, to make up for the other stores inconvenience .
