I've been going there for 10 years...the stylist Dolores left recently so I went in had my hair cut by a woman who stated she was an area manager. Needless to say it's time for her to move on to a different field because she didn't cut my hair right, left side longer than right side didn't take off enough in some areas, others she took to much. Most of my experiences at this location have been great. But lately, it seems like they pick and choose who they want to see first rather than go by the order of the check-in list.
