I go to two locations, near my house and near my office, both have friendly hairdressers and they use their central database with my preferences and use that everytime. I don't have a lot of hair so it's usually a 15 minute stop and the conversation is usually nice.

Absolutely incredible experience! I’ve been to many stylists over the years, but the stylists at Great Clips truly stands out. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. They took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and somehow managed to give me exactly what I was picturing — only better! Most stylists here are excellent! However, there is one stylist who consistently lops hair off unevenly. I asked for a simple trim, with face-framing layers. This is the haircut I received. She tried to fix it...this is the best she could do. Honestly, I felt embarrassed for her so I just paid. I didn't want to ask other stylists for help, as this is my regular location and it was too awkward.
