I always leave satisfied
Very unprofessional staff. The first time I went there for a haircut, I asked the girl that was cutting my hair to take a little more off the top and she got quite short with me as if she had better things to do than make sure I was happy with my hair cut. Should have learned my lesson then. The second time, I checked in online. The app said there was no waiting.
