If I could leave 0 stars I would. A blonde older hair stylist made false accusations about my son who does have special needs and said he hit her twice last time and kicked her. So when I went to take him the next time she said if he acted like that she would not do the hair cut. Mind you I sat in the chair with him and he did not hit or kick her. I will never go back to great clips and they are not welcoming. Poor service.

I visited this salon and showed the stylist a photo of the hairstyle I wanted. Unfortunately, she cut my hair extremely short — far shorter than requested — and completely changed the style. My hair is now ruined, and I’m very disappointed with the result.

The normal person that I usually work with wasn't there. Showed the picture of what I wanted to the person who was there today. She started cutting my hair. Asked me if I wanted my sideburns on after she already cut them. I said well, I showed you the picture. That's exactly what I wanted. She said oh she didn't remember what the picture was... and continued to do my hair. Haircut is nothing what I wanted. You're forced to wait for late people who checked in online than people who are actually sitting there, who arrived on time, to get their haircut. Even if the cutters are just standing around waiting and not doing anything, they would rather wait on online people.
