From the time I signed up online where the wait was less than 10 minutes, when I arrived a few walk ins arrived and so I had to wait about 20 minutes, not their fault.
Very fast very professional nice people. Feel great. Much better after getting a nice quick cut here
If I could leave 0 stars I would. A blonde older hair stylist made false accusations about my son who does have special needs and said he hit her twice last time and kicked her. So when I went to take him the next time she said if he acted like that she would not do the hair cut. Mind you I sat in the chair with him and he did not hit or kick her. I will never go back to great clips and they are not welcoming. Poor service.
I visited this salon and showed the stylist a photo of the hairstyle I wanted. Unfortunately, she cut my hair extremely short — far shorter than requested — and completely changed the style. My hair is now ruined, and I’m very disappointed with the result.
