So look I am very loyal to my folks at another shop but it is just so far to travel and honestly, a little expensive on top of it. This is now probably the second time that I’ve taken my three youngest boys and myself to get a haircut at great clips on Floyd by Raleys. I will tell you the staff is friendly, they are quick, and the cuts are pretty solid. I had the worst experience there. I was treated with discrimination by the "manager" Tereta she has zero customer service and kicked my elderly mother my son and I only because I asked her to speak to me with respect as she was extremely rude. I dont recommend anyone to go there. This lady should not own any businesses with her racist attitude.

I would give it zero stars but it wouldn’t let me write the review. My husband when for a fade haircut and they messed it up so bad. Now his been wearing a cap till it grows out. He sent an email to corporate and they replied by saying they would give him a discount to fix it. Why would he have to pay again to get his own hair cut correct. Thats the absolutely dumbest email I have ever read. It should be free. Geez. No more going to that place.

Thank you for a 5 star experience! I received a welcoming greeting and the haircut was exactly what I asked for. This was my first time at this type of walk-in salon. In the past I have paid so much more and been so dissatisfied. How refreshing to pay such a reasonable price and walk out so happy. Thank you Great Clips!
