Love GreatClips, bringing my kids there for years
I usually like getting my haircut here and never had a problem. Kourtney, who i usually have to cut my hair Is always pleasant and friendly. Until, July 3rd, the gal who cut my hair was not friendly at all. I don't remember her name, I wish I do, but she had a black hair and about 5'3. She is awful. I was trying to explain to her what I'd like done with my hair and even show her a picture, I couldn't find the exact word to describe and she sounded irate and her tone of voice sounded like i was wastingher time.
