I have previously had a good experience here for haircuts for myself and for my 5 yo kid, but I brought my 2 yo today and the stylist was clearly inexperienced with toddlers. She seemed to be trying to get it over with, rushing instead of giving him warning about the buzzer and didn’t warn him before she wet his hair with the spray bottle (from the front, so some got on his face). There was very very little attempt to make him comfortable or happy. And in the end I found he had a nick on the back of his neck from the buzzer.... read more
