I walked in for a trim and left looking like I survived a fight with a weed whacker. I sat with the lady at the first chair on the right, and it was a disaster from the first snip. The app is good to have check in and avoid long wait times. But some stylist do a great job and other one just doesn't so choose your stylist. Had a good experience for my son but when I went for myself,I got a different stylist and the stylist messed up by hair. It's cut all different length and it's been 2 weeks and my hair is still looking bad at few places. Waiting for another week or so to get another haircut to correct it.
