The quality at great clips is inconsistent. For my recent haircut, it was messed up the first time, so I went for a redo. The stylist that messed up apologized and fixed it, but the lady at the front counter was rude and unprofessional. She seemed irritated because I went there for a redo. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously, because the attitude at the counter really brings down the quality of the place.
Leslie sweetly chatted with our 10 yr old like they were best buddies. She made her feel comfortable and confident with her encouragement and with a fabulous cut that had my daughter proclaiming, “omg, I look so good!” Thank you, Leslie!
Great hair cut every time!
My stylist was great! Will set up appointment again.
