I had high hopes from this location when I went in for a trim, but it was as good as cutting your own hair at home. Rather, you yourself would do a better job. I told her to keep the front bangs longer and the back shorter, but she started cutting it so short and going up that the backside wouldn’t have enough hair left. Then I said to keep it straight, and still she didn’t cut it in a line and kept blaming me for giving wrong instructions.
