The last several times I have tried to get my hair cut at this location there is only one or two people cutting hair. You either cant get in on line or when you get to the location there is a line of people waiting. They need to hire more help.
Well. We went to for a haircut and they said there was a “waitlist” but no one was here and we saw employees adding people to the waitlist from there phones so no one could get in line via online. And they told us that they can’t take walk ins when the wait time is longer than their close time. Such bs, they didn’t want to work. Hire people that actually want to work please
I get haircut here often always good service. Busy place
If I could give 0 stars I would. - I've been a long time Great Clips customer for many years. Once in a while the online check in system goes down in a glitch. At 1:30 I tried checking in online for the the location I listed above. It stated there was an hour wait and I had no problems with that; but again, the online check in system was not working.
