Asked for a taper and specifically showed a picture. Stylist did the opposite of what i asked and gaslighted me when i expressed this was not what I asked for. I was completely dismissed and was not offered any apologies or fair treatment. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Do not take your kid to this place. That older lady ( Cheryl) is rude and so not patient. Do not go, unless you want to told” well, that’s how we do it” “ do you want to do it yourself” she literally handed me a clipper and said “ do you want to do it yourself?” When I simply asked her to fade the bottom a little better, she said “ do you want to do it yourself? That’s how we do it.” I do not understand how people get their hair cut here a great clip. This is our first experience and will be last forever!!!

The best time yours truly has spent getting a haircut. Ms. Robin is the best. Believe me, go and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. The staff are first CLASS.

Becca- mgr cut my hair, I've been there two times and she cut my hair really well. My hair is short and she gave me a girl haircut. I luv it.
