I went in today for a haircut, and while the usual staff were friendly, I had a significant issue with the service I received. I have been going to Great Clips on 120rh in Broomfield for several years. I am always very pleased with the service I get. Not just the hair cut, but the politeness and courtesy from the staff. I like that they keep notes on the style I like and review them prior to my haircut. They also check with me at the end to ensure I am satisfied. Lisa and Louise are the best for tight fades and more modern cuts for both men and women. Our family has used this location for over a decade because Lisa and Louise are like family and they always do a great job.
I go to this one because it’s a slower one and doesn’t seem like it gets as much business. Today I as not ideal. I sat in a chair and the hairstylist continued to stop cutting my hair and would talk to another guest in store. I didn’t even get the slightest bit of conversation or words spoken to me till that gentleman left. It was amazing being the only other one on there and yet not be a priority sitting in your chair. It was to the point it seemed I was interrupting their free time. Will not be going back
