Got a haircut - my partner and I agreed later that day it wasn’t short enough, I have a lot of cowlick Called a day later and asked to come in and get it shortened, lady told me to make a reservation Rude, told me I didn’t have a reservation, and definitely had no customer service or interpersonal skills at all. Nobody was in the store so they weren’t busy. First and last time I go to great clips

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Do not go here if you have long hair or curly hair or long curly hair. They don't know how to cut it, which they fully admitted after they were halfway through. They were also in a huge hurry to get me done and out of the store, even though there were no other customers and no one in line. They roughly and quickly brushed my once-beautiful hair out after spritzing it a little, and the results are disastrous. I now have a halo of short broken strands all around my head. Had a great experience yesterday as I took my 4yo for his haircut and we had the pleasure of Renee cutting his hair. She listened to what I wanted and checked in with me. Most importantly she made my son feel comfortable and I would highly recommend anyone to her! Update 4/3/25 My husband and son still come here and we have yet to have a bad experience. We've seen Anita 2x now for my sons haircut and she does great work. Thanks Anita!
