I have come here multiple times in the past and never had an experience anything like the one I had today. This is one of my worst haircut experiences, ever, and I am so disappointed and unbelievably upset. I have my own notes that I keep handy that I had previous stylists write, read, and approve of. Today when I went in to show my stylist, she seemed to barely glance over the note. She did acknowledge that prior stylists sectioned out my hair and trimmed it. Oaully was amazing! She is very experienced and knowledgeable.
Oanhly did a fantastic job and is on the nicest salon stylists I met.
