So rude for absolutely no reason. It's completely empty when I walk in with one person working. I asked them for a wash with the cut and and she very rudely says "I already asked you if you if you wanted anything else with the cut." Im sorry for making you get out of your chair and walk 5 feet, and thank you for mocking my name on my way out also, it was all so unnecessary and hateful. This was March 18th at about 12:20pm.
After showing a picture of exactly what we wanted the stylist still cut off 4 inches and did what she wanted making my son cry when she cut off all his hair and did the opposite of what he wanted. Do not go to this location they do not listen to what you want.
I pull up to the place and I don’t get greeted as I walk in. My son gets in the chair and he asked for a Mohawk to be like his friends. He sits in the chair and the lady grabs his head and shaved it completely. I am absolutely outraged by the haircut and my son was left crying. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place straight trash.
