First of all, I walked in and it started saying hello. How are you? how can I help you the lady walked up and said what do you need? I was kind of taken back by that but I told her I’d like a shampoo and a blowout she said yeah I don’t do that here I asked do you have a shampoo and do you have a hairdryer she said, yeah, but we don’t do that here. I only have one stylist you need to go to Middlesex and name some other salon. Very poor service very rude. Do not come to this place.
The hair cut lady on Sundays is so rude and always has an attitude. Despite checking in and being on the waiting list, and waiting for at least 45 min....she takes her "favorite " clients in Despite them being on a waiting list. I argued and she said oh "she checked in already ages ago". Didn't see the customer on the waiting list from the name she called and we were supposed to be next after waiting there already for a long time. Again she picks her favorites. Her attitude makes it worse. No wonder this location is closing ... read more
Checked in online but they gave priority to customers that walked in!
