Kristina was very professional and took her time. She checked to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She was very polite to people walking in and everyone else in the salon. I missed the hair stylist that just retired, but I’m pleased with Kristina.

I love this great clips store. I consistently get the haircut I want. The workers know what they are doing and really know how to make their clients happy.

Walked in and was greeted as usual, as most if not all Great Clips do. My styleist was Kim older dark, hair, and thin. She was kind of pleasant and asked how I wanted my cut since the paper print-out from last time was wrong. I showed her where to start the #1 fade. She did that fine, but then she cut too much into the length I specifically asked her not to touch while she was using the clippers.
