Stylist took WAY more off than we agreed on. From the amount me showed me compared to the length of my hair when I got home and it was all dry was absurd. So upset as my hair was so long prior , and I knew I needed at least an inch, maybe in and a half but didn’t expect several inches.

Such a great experience today with my stylist Lauren! So professional and friendly and I felt completely relaxed! She listened and I am more than happy with my hair style! Thanks Lauren!
