Worst haircut of my life. One side is shorter than the other and they shaved one my eyebrows almost completely off. When I brought it to their attention they told me that it will grow back in a day or two. Not worth 4 dollars let alone the 24 that they charged.
Bert Ross, not Karen. My first hair cut at this location. Got a very good haircut. Stylist took her time, happy with results.
I received the worst haircut possible at the Hilton Head location last week. A girl with long blonde braids did it. I have a short, easy cut. There are chunks of hair gone and the rest is standing up! My husband said “ you can’t go anywhere like that”. I have 2 new ball caps to wear. She was also complaining about how many cuts she had before closing and how it was impossible . Very poor attitude and salon was a mess!
This is the best haircut I’ve ever had. 10 out of 10 eyebrow treatment. Next time I come in, I hope she does the other side.
