I have been going to the pavilion location for a couple of years now. I was in your area making some donations, and I had an appointment with my insurance agency nearby, so I decided to stop by to save some miles and time since I was right there. I also wanted to take a break from the heavy downpours on Friday, July 31—bad idea. I'm really sorry that I stopped in because I got the worst haircut I've ever had. I look like Jim Carrey in the movie Dumb and Dumber, and I don't appreciate it one bit. See you, never again.

I work in the HVAC industry and my typical workday is 12-14 hours between the months of April - November. I hadn't had a haircut since mid-April. I had a rare early day today and made time to stop in on my way home. Emily was very vibrant, professional, and extremely bubbly to engage in conversation with as she trimmed me.
