I took my son to this location yesterday to receive his back to school haircut. I've never had a issue with any of the employees here, their all very welcoming and they do a great job. My problem this time was the stylist Lilly, added a tip without my permission. I approved the amount on the screen and was waiting to select tip when she printed the receipt it showed she charged me $5 for a tip. I never gave consent for that. Katrina and her staff always go above and beyond to make you look and feel good.
The hair cut given….at great clips kingsway looks like a bowl cut on the crown of his head accentuating his cowlick. The hair trimmed on top & bangs is uneven & the sides are patchy & uneven. How did we get here? Our son trimmed a small portion of his bangs. we went to great clips to help blend it & take some of his bangs off. Can’t believe we left looking worse than when he walked in 😢 Genuinely embarrassed to have paid for this service.
