Disgusting unprofessional behavior from the heavyset blonde woman !!!!! This was my second visit to this particular Great Clips. I'm a senior citizen (82 yo) and my first visit was good. I was happy with my haircut. The second visit left me with the decision to never return. I was charged $19 and the card reading machine clearly stated "senior discount" and this was on a Thursday afternoon. I've never paid that much at a Great Clips before. Consequently I didn't leave the maximum tip, which I usually do. this lady has cut my hair before and always done a good job. friendly and helpful.
I dont usually leave reviews but I’m annoyed enough that I felt the need to. We walked in today for my son to get a hair cut. He wanted a “modern mullet” nothing crazy and could have essentially gotten a regular boy cut with the fade around the ears because that’s all he really cared about. So I didn’t have the need or expectations for perfection. He’s 9. As long as he’s happy I’m happy.
