great staff
Everyone here is friendly and attentive, Heather took care of my cut and although I said, I just wanted it short on the side, but everything else just clean it up, Heather still consistently asked me questions to ensure that I was happy with the haircut and still managed to get me in and out the door very quickly! Great staff, great location, and very happy with my hair looking refreshed!
My notes for my haircut say skin fade, nothing about the top of my head. Without asking they took three inches off the top of my head. I basically have a buzz cut. Very disappointing. The fade is also not a fade, heavy lines were left in the side of my head. I’ve come here for almost a year. No one has ever just cut off all my hair on top off without asking.
Heather did a great job shaping up and thinning out my bob! Have had a couple of not great experiences recently at local salons, but felt like Heather listened and accomplished what I was asking for! And was in and out with online checkin in less than 25 min! Great, quick service. Thanks, Heather!
