I usually go to my local gretclips in Raleigh or Knightdale but I was happened to be in the area so I visited this branch. Compare to what I'm used to in Raleigh this was not impressive service at all.
Been to this location several times now, gotten several different styles of haircut and never had a bad one. But I went yesterday to get my shoulder length hair cut a lot shorter. I'm really particular about my hair and was pretty nervous about getting so much cut off. I didn't even really give a good description of what I wanted, but I walked outta there with maybe the best haircut I've ever had. I had the best haircut experience today with Ashley! She’s friendly, thoughtful, and really took the time to understand the style I like. She cut my hair with so much care and attention to detail. After the cut, she made sure I could see the full 360° view to check every angle, and offered product on my hair to finish the look perfectly. Hands down the greatest haircut experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend! I revisited the same store today, Disa helped me for hair cut, she is great and understood what I need.

I received a wonderful cut, my stylist was extremely efficient, courteous and asked if I wanted the same cut that was on file including if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed which I also do! It was the first time I had this stylist and she was Awesome!
