Drenna is amazing! I have been coming to great clips for at least 10 years and she knows exactly what to do. She treats me like family and always recommends the right cut so my hair can grow properly. I appreciate her for staying on me to keep my routine appointments and I will be coming back to see her.
I visited this location on a Wednesday morning to get haircuts for my 2 teen aged daughters and myself while we were running errands in the area. Upon entering this location, I was barely acknowledged by the young lady at the counter. She asked if I used the app to check in, which I responded that I had. I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. When I walked in, I was met by a stylist with very short hair who unfortunately did not greet me in a welcoming manner. I felt uncomfortable from the beginning, as her tone and attitude felt dismissive when I mentioned I was a walk-in.
