Michelle did an amazing job! Ever since I graduated college in May 2020, I’ve had a difficult time with haircuts in the QC. Lynze did an awesome job. I had no waiting. She listened to me and cut my hair exactly like I asked her to. I just move up here 2 years ago. I am happy to say I have found my salon up here.
Alicia understood the type of cut I wanted and my type of hair. She was so fun to chat with and I love her enthusiasm, authenticity, and great ideas! If she had a podcast, I'd listen. :)
My daughter and myself went in for haircuts, my daughter was first and showed the girl what she wanted and I also told her specifically what needed to be done...she had my daughter in the chair for Maybe 5 minutes and said she was done, there was absolutely no difference in my daughters hair from when we walked in, it was not layered like I specifically said it needed to be and when I pointed that out the girl insulted me...and then asked "Do you want me to fix it?" ....at that point I said no canceled my appointment and pai... read more
