An older Hispanic lady was my stylist. Her station was dirty, the tools she used were dirty. Little hair littered everything and I wasn't even right after another customer. She came to do my service right after her break. I showed her a photo and explained what I wanted. She took a little too much length off in the front, which I was very specific about.
