Best haircuts around at a great price! Heidi does amazing on my hair (and now on my moms) she fixed my haircut after I tried doing it myself and was so kind about it. She also did a great job on my mom’s thick hair that she struggles to find someone to do the way she likes. Highly recommend!
I have never experienced such disrespect from a Great Clips salon. The staff member showed a complete lack of customer service skills and was unprofessional throughout the visit. Being rude to both me and my child over something as simple as a haircut is unacceptable. I expect a basic level of courtesy and respect, especially in a family-oriented business. I always want a very simple cut. I asked for no face frame, she did it anyway. I asked for my side bang to be thicker and she cut the side of my hair to make it chunky. When I voiced my concern she proceeded to get an attitude with me and didn’t end up cutting the bang as short as I asked. I told her I wanted it thinned out, and then had to remind her to thin it out. She didn’t make my part even when she cut my side bang so she missed a piece.
