The hairdresser who is older with medium length grey hair was rude and embarrassed me and my 7 year old son. She did not know how to do an undercut and argued with me about it. She admitted that she did not know how to cut a part in the hair. No one else in the salon offered to come and assist. You get what you pay for, so if you're in the market for a cheap-ish haircut (we've taken our kids there) it does the trick. This is a better location than others in Nashville because the lobby is bigger and there are generally more stylists here (so your wait isn't as long).
