The worst haircut ever!! Nicole totally messed up my hair. I will have to hide my hair under a cap for at least 2 weeks. It looks horendous! My scalp and sides show blue because she shaved my hair and now I am too embarrest to go out. Nothing like the pictures I showed her. Will not use her ever again.
This place is usually my go to for haircuts, so this review doesn’t make me feel amazing. The past two times I’ve gone, I’ve had Clara, who I’m guessing is new. Each time she has barely greeted me, chewed gum loudly in my ears as she’s cutting, and overall just had what I can only describe as a disdain for having to cut my hair. I have also not gotten my hair cut correctly either time when done by her. Everyone else is pleasant and helpful, and gets the job done, but she makes me second guess coming to this location.
I had a very bad experience at this location before. The stylist I got this time was Clara and she totally redeemed my faith in this location!! She was very professional and really took her time with my cut and I walked out with one of the best cuts I have ever had including one from my own sister in law who is also a cosmetologist. You can tell she takes great pride in her job! I highly recommend her!
We have been going to Great Clips for years but I do not see us returning after this last visit. Took my son for a haircut and he gets the same cut every single time. Clippers on the back and sides and scissor cut on top , short but enough to comb over and style . Well, the lady buzzed my son’s head 🤬. Thankfully school is out and it will grow back but still. Not once did I tell her to buzz it !! It took us so long to get him comfortable getting haircuts and now this just set us back 🤦♀️.
