Checked in online with the website informing me I will be called when the wait became shorter. It was an estimated 73 minute wait. So I waited about 20 minutes and when I showed up, they informed me that my name was taken off the list because I "waited too long" the staff was friendly and everything but I think a degree of frustration is understandable when I took all the steps they require and they didn't do the other half.
