I've been going to this location for many years, and I always leave happy. The staff is fun, and they listen to what I want, then make it happen! I moved further from this location and visited different locations twice... I will not make that mistake again.
Every time I go here it's always a pleasant experience. Everyone is always nice. If I could leave a 2nd 5-Star review, I would. They gave me redo 3 hours after the Great Clips off Mason Street messed up my haircut.
My daughter’s bangs were still wet when we left the salon so I did not know how bad it was until we got home. Had to try and fix them myself.
This place is amazing and Steph is so wonderful. I had gotten a pretty gnarly haircut from a different salon and was so unhappy with how my hair turned out. I stopped in to see if there was any way that they could help fix my hair and Steph was so sweet and willing to help me out. She was so understanding and listened to me about what I wanted done (that didnt happen at the previous place). I left feeling so much better about my haircut. I am so grateful to Steph for making me feel heard and fixing my hair 🫶
They seem to only treat you with respect when you check in online there will only be one person in there at all times especially on a Saturday a very busy day they don't seem to rotate lunches correctly they just seem to take them all at once and leave one person hanging in there I had enough to respect to come back after half an hour hoping to see more than one person still one person telling me I have to wait 50 minutes when the last person told me I had to wait 70 again seems like they have no urgency to help anybody unle... read more
