Took my niece here and the first 2 times were great! This time, however, not so much! I've never seen such a botched cut in my life! She was supposed to have curtain bangs and layers in the rest. She ended up witb bangs cut straight across (which were crooked as a dogs hind leg) and the layers were AWFUL! I had to taker her to another salon the next day and to fix it, they had to cut 2 inches off the length! Needless to say, my niece was devastated, but luckily her hair grows super fast! Always a superior experience. Staff welcoming and professional, and the shop is always clean.
Sitting here right now. Been waiting 40 minutes. Two people working and cutting slowwww. Six people waiting. Waiting time 110 minutes. Time invested so I'll stay. I won't be back.
