I made the mistake of going to this Great Clips today. My hair is naturally curly and the stylist needed to apply less than 5 minutes of heat to my hair ends, for clipping. The manager came over and told her she would have to charge me for a style and they didn't have time for that. I felt uncomfortable since I was sitting in the chair and this conversation was happening over my head. The stylist was nice and stopped blow drying and started to clip my hair ends.
