This is sooooooo WRONG there was 1 review and I tried to put a review!!! What are you HIDING????? Fort Dodge great clips is awful they have no respect for their customers and when you complain they don't call back or if they do they try to turn the situation around on the customers and threaten them with video that they do not have and you're trying to stick up for him Better Business Bureau what is wrong with you

I worked there for 7 years. I worked full time with a weird problem with my leg the last 6 monthsor so. I later found out that I needed a *********************. 3 weeks later, I was back working better than ever. As soon as I had a full paycheck, I was fired. I was told that I wasn't professional enough. I was working there for almost a year. Another location in town for 6 years. Work experience there was so horrible was promised one weekend off a month. Had the manager taking everyones weekend so she can go have every weekend. then I applied to another Great Clips and the manager ***** retaliated when she had found out and was talking to all my coworkers asking them how they felt on me leaving Great Clips so I decided to go part time because she wanted to keep me there but was still working a full-time schedule without benefits at work meeting I had discussed my issues which she replied with lets ju... read more

I was in waiting list then my time came to cut my hair then they take another customer and put me in waiting list for another 17 minutes that sounds ridiculous not recommended to anyone if I can give less then 1 star I will give they didnt car about people time

Horrible experience. Today, January 27, 2023, at approximately 2pm CT I went in to get a haircut. The ******** lady that cut my hair butchered the length and did not apologize. Then, the younger lady with black hair started saying bad things to me when I made the comment that ******** cut my hair too short.

There is what I perceive as a very grumpy and disagreeable lady at this business that I certainly did not want to cut my hair at all. Two people with only one customer when I showed up. After the other customer left it became abusive. Maybe she doesn't like the haircut I wanted, but she's not telling me how she wants to cut it, and just trying to find a way to argue. I am a 70 yr old handicapped female I have done business at this establishment for years, I signed in for haircut and was told 30 min wait, I went to car to sit down, after 10 min went in and ask to use restroom, I was told not for public I stated I was a client waiting for cut and was told to go to Winn Dixie grocery next door, I have always used their restroom before I am physically unable to walk very far, (I use cane in store walker at home).there were a lot of people there which made this very humiliating ,the lady stat... read more

I returned to your Great Clips location because the staff have always been really kind, efficient, and provide great service! Megan did my hair wash and haircut on the above date and she helped me feel SO relaxed by being considerate, genuine and did a great job as well! I have tried one closer to my home but was not happy there. I plan to be a long term client! I felt especially appreciative of Megan’s service so I wanted to leave feedback! THANK YOU, *****! Sarah **** at Great clips Pocatello Idaho. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Very surprised she is employed in the hair business with how she was. Aside from how rude she is she dosent even give a good haircut. All together worst experience and would want to warn others to never go to her.
