My name is Kelly, I received a drastically different hair it, done by Audrey. She absolutely did a beautiful job on my pixie. She is very young, was a bit nervous, but shouldn't have been, she is wonderful, also very friendly and warm. Listens to you and what you want. Will be going back to Great Clips, she made me a believer.
Whenever I go to Great Clips I promise myself not to go back. I got a coupon in my mailbox and I thought to use it. I gave it to them 3 times and they did not end up applying the discount. The salon is dirty and the personnel look wretched and demotivated. And the haircut was just not sth I would want to pay even $10 for letting alone $33.
Susie was awesome! My hair looks great. Wonder customer service.
