The owner of this place practices unsafe and cruel (berating) working practices for her employees. She is very ruthless and the employees suffer tremendously. You can never get the same stylist when you come back, because there is such a big turnover. I understand the owner is not a hairstylist, but just out of the military and she treats her business and employees like they are in a boot camp.
