Was told 15-20 minute wait while the 2nd stylist sat in a chair and talked to a customer and the other stylist. Finally got an "opening" nd shr doesn't listen to instructions and butchered my beard. Took 3 inches off the length and didn't even cut it straight. Went to another barber and they had to take another half inch off to make it even.
My kid and I went there and got a hair cut. They did a horrible job on my son's hair. I was getting mine cut when he finished so I didn't look at it close. If I had known they had done such a shitty job on his I would have had it fixed before I left. Very un evenly cut. Lost 2 customers today.

I had a haircut today by Ariana. My hair is short and I didn’t see the back of it until I got home. It is not blended at all, looks horrible. I haven’t tried styling it, almost afraid to. I’m very disappointed.
No complaints. Hair cut as requested. This place always seems to have a long wait time so I use the online check in.
