I'm very glad my daughter chose great clips in east peoria,il. She is in chemo stage 3a for triple negative breast cancer..the most kind & skilled man named Zach B. Gave her a buzz cut.. I would like to inform everyone not to go to this Great Clips for a haircut. I walked in thinking that trimming bangs is an easy job to do, but I was completely wrong. The woman who cut my bangs did not care to ask how I wanted them styled, but instead cut away at my hair leaving it too short and completely wrong for my face shape. My hair has been completely butchered, and I am so upset with how business is done at this location that I am ready to take this to the BBB. Great price and great haircut. I had a shampoo, cut, and style for only $15. Walked in and out in less then 25 minutes.
