Convenient, fast, friendly, but overpriced
Should be a new review, but Google won't let me do a new one. Yesterday, just by luck of the draw, Fabiola was my stylist for the second time. Both times she has done a great job with my hair and has been extremely attentive, pleasant, and fun to talk to. Five stars for Fabiola! I've been a Great Clips customer for about 8 years and have had generally very good experience. However, this past Monday, it was extra good. Always able to get in to get a cut. Use the Great Clips app when you need their services. That makes it much better to time when they will get to take care of you. If you do use the app you can get put on a waiting list, that you don't have to wait so long at the salon. If the wait time I nil (less than 10 or 15 minutes) I don't bother to check in on the app. I will just head over to the salon and usually don't have to wait long at all.
