I drove 30 minutes for a haircut from my favorite Great Clips stylist, Ashley. Been a client of hers for quite some time now. Always friendly, sociable, and does my hair right.
5 stars for Miss Courtney, the toddler whisperer! My son was scared to get a haircut (his experience with a different stylist there was not positive) but she approached him with a caring and sweet attitude, checking in with him and accommodating whatever would make his experience most comfortable. The resulting haircut was wonderful and very clean!
The woman with tattoos and glasses who cut my hair and did a beard "trim" did an absolutely terrible job. She didn't confirm with me what I wanted before attacking my head very heavy handed leaving my hair waaay shorter than I was wanting. I've been to many other great clips and the notes say how I get my hair done at every location so far. After that when going after my beard, I explained very clearly to just line up the top of the beard, she proceeded to shave half my face and leave the other side basically untouched. This is the haircut that my mother got in this salon just now. In addition to that I got an attitude from a hairdresser or should I say “hair chopper”. Our family cut hair in this location for years. Sometimes it was great, sometimes okay but NOT THIS.
