I wish I could give zero stars. This was by far the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The stylist did my hair and beard in just 2 minutes — no care, no attention to detail, just rushed through like she couldn’t wait to get rid of me. I clearly explained what I wanted and even showed pictures, but she completely ignored everything. My hair was cut way too short, uneven, and totally messed up. I recently visited this salon for a haircut, but I was met with the most disinterested barber I’ve ever encountered. Despite the fact that she cut my hair within three minutes, it was far from a proper haircut. The entire process was rushed, with the barber using trimmers that weren’t cleaned properly. As a result, I developed rashes all over my neck. Although I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, I think it’s time to move on and find a new salon.
