Went in for a cut because my barber didn’t have any availability, got checked in with no wait. Told her what I wanted (mid fade) and she had ZERO clue what she was doing, she asked what size she should use and had to keep stopping to ask for help, why are you hiring someone who has no idea how to cut hair? And why does it cost $20 for a less than mediocre cut? Why do I always have this luck with garbage haircut chains? Why do I still try? What is the meaning of life? Why are we still here?
I have had the best experiences here with Amber and Kelly they both are very friendly and always does a great job on my hair. When I leave there I'm always one happy customer.Great work ladies!!!!!!!
Checked in online was given a 66 minute wait. Checked in with 15 minutes of that slotted time. Was then told it will be an hour plus. I responded even though I put in online and have waited nearly an hour? The response I got was, "yeah it's just the two of us." Understaffing is one thing that I get. Maybe communicate such when you check in. She was very rude and condescending.
