I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Great Clips. I had checked in online and was shown as the next in line with zero minutes of wait time. When I arrived, I was definitely there before another customer who came in after me, but the staff still took that person first. They told me I’d have to wait, and suddenly my wait time jumped from zero minutes to 17 minutes. I ended up leaving because it felt like my time and my online check-in weren’t respected at all. Got my hair cut recently by Yvette, and she missed the hairline behind my ears and left the sides of my hair puffier (longer) than the top making it look extremely awkward... what in the world am I paying $23 for🤦♂️ Good thing there are so many Great Clips, I guess... on to the next one🤷♂️
Cheap isn’t always great, I was trying to take advantage of the back to school deal for my daughter and I ended up with this. I ended up going to another location to get this fixed.
