Unfortunately, this was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had. The stylist MIMI not only completely messed up my hair but was also extremely arrogant and dismissive when I tried to explain what I wanted. There was no care or attention to detail, and instead of listening, she rushed through the cut and acted like she knew better. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. great haircut. no wait. great price.
I went out of my way to try this place due to a coupon I received. I checked in online where it told me there was a 0 min wait. I waited anyway as there were 4 people in front of me. This misleading check in system coupled with the fact that the coupon 'couldn't' be accepted for some unkown reason, guaranteed I wont ever return.
