Physically saw the hairstylist removed us off the list while sitting there just so she could take what seemed to be a friend of hers. When we told her we didnt see out name anymore she instructed us to check back in.
This was my first trip to the Great Clips in Crestview. My family just recently moved, and I was looking for a good place to get a satisfactory haircut for a low price. While the price was decent, the service was not. There was an issue with the POS system in adding my account, and the lady at the counter was increasingly rude.
