Please do not go to this Great Clips!! Went in on a Monday afternoon to get an inch or so off and get layers added. The hair stylist, Sandy, gave me layers in only half of my hair! Called when I got home and spoke with a man who told me I could come in to have it fixed. Went in the next afternoon, explained what had happened to a woman who I was told was the manager, her name is Theresa.
