Probably the worst haircut I've received. Not to mention the lamest excuse when I asked for it to be fixed. You can trim a cowlick down, I know, I've seen it done all my life to my hair. If she didn't know how, or lacked the experience, she could've said that instead of saying "there's nothing I can do".
